Overview
Business no longer stops at a border, and neither should a business education. The MSc International Business Management is built for graduates who want to understand how firms actually operate across markets: how supply chains are financed, how teams are led across cultures and time zones, and how strategy changes when regulation, currency and consumer behaviour all shift at once.
Teaching is case-led and deliberately practical. Each term pairs a core discipline — strategy, finance, operations, people — with a live international brief set in partnership with employers, so you practise applying frameworks to messy, real situations rather than tidy textbook ones. Cohorts at ECBS typically draw students from more than thirty nationalities, which means the international classroom is not a metaphor; it is the room you study in.
The programme closes with a choice of capstone: a traditional dissertation, a consultancy project delivered for a partner organisation, or a venture-development route for students building their own business. All three are supervised one-to-one and assessed to the same academic standard.
